Terms

Nexa is a Cape Town messaging app. You can message people nearby in your language, and turn on work nearby when you want it. These terms apply to the service at appointly.world. Rankings and rand amounts you see are estimates — never a guaranteed job, payday, or payment.

• You must be 18 or older. Join with a real name and a Cape Town suburb.
• You are responsible for what you say on Nexa being true.
• Deals are completed between people. Nexa records what you tell us; it does not move money.
• Keep chat on Nexa until you both agree. Don’t send a deposit to someone new. Never send an OTP, PIN, or airtime.
• Abuse, fraud, and prohibited goods/services may be paused or removed. Repeat reports freeze an account automatically.
• Matching is Cape Town only. Other cities are not in yet.
• Paid promotion, if introduced later, must remain identifiable and must not silently distort ranking.
• South African law applies. These terms are the agreement for using Nexa.

By joining you agree to these terms and the Privacy notice. Last updated 8 October 2026.
